As Director of Finance and Business Affairs, Mary Weltsch is responsible for overseeing the financing, legal, HR, communications and public affairs functions, as well as co-coordinating with LVG's operating businesses on strategy, risk management and control infrastructure. Mary also runs the day to day operations of Lagovent Real Estate Group, where she oversees portfolio investments, acquisitions, tax planning, accounting, reporting and investor relations. Prior to Lagovent, Mary was a tax and business management accountant at Gursey, Schneider LLP, where she provided full accounting advisory services to high net worth individuals, corporations and trusts. At Gursey, Schneider LLP, Mary focused on tax strategy and business development and specialized in the real estate and entertainment industries. 

Mary is currently a CPA candidate and holds a Bachelors degree in economics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
