Konstantin Glasmacher is a founding partner of Lagovent Ventures Group, LLC. In that capacity, Konstantin co-leads the development of incubation and partnership projects. Most recently, Konstantin co-founded HauteLook Inc., which provides premium fashion and lifestyle brands with an innovative solution to move inventory. Konstantin is also a founder of LREG, LLC, a Real Estate Syndication platform focused on CORE apartment investments. Over the past 20 years, Konstantin has executed in excess of $2 billion of corporate, M&A, real estate and venture financings in both advisory and principal capacities. Konstantin started his career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co. in London. He sits on the boards of LVG, LLC, LREG, LLC and HauteLook Inc..

Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and an MBA from INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France.
