Founders Brett Markinson and Konstantin Glasmacher bring more than 40 years of combined investing experience to Lagovent. We are entrepreneurial investors and have a significant amount of our own net worth tied to our projects.


Managing Partner
Konstantin Glasmacher has executed in excess of $2 billion of corporate, M&A, real estate and venture financings. Mr. Glasmacher started his career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. in London. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Brett Markinson has been a real estate, private equity and markets investor for over 20 years. Mr. Markinson is co-founder of the Lagovent Group, an investment firm in Los Angeles, specializing in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Capital Markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College.
